Since 2003 Dave Medina has established himself as a dependable and reputable source of Real Estate financing in the Southern California marketplace. Throughout his mortgage tenure he has held positions as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Vice President of a large California based bank where he grew and managed the production and operations of more than a dozen office locations. His decision to transition his team to Movement Mortgage, LLC. allowed him to return to his passion, and to reinstate his personal loan origination career and focus on the education and empowerment of perspective homebuyers. With an expert level understanding of product guidelines and the successful implementation of first-class operational fulfillment measures within his team, he strives daily to deliver an unmatched level of support and customer experience to the Southern California Real Estate community and it’s future homeowners.
