Dave’s team is INCREDIBLE, full stop. When my family and I were ready to move into a larger place, we ran into issues with our initial officer — Dave stepped in MID-PROCESS to save the day, and ensured that our escrow did not fall apart. What’s more, Dave is still in regular contact. He and his team are honest, methodical, and fast, fast, fast - I’ve never seen a group work so quickly to put together the material needed to refinance a loan. I’m scarcely off the phone with Dave and I am talking to the rest of his immensely professional team to get the process moving. There is never a moment wasted in their organization— truly a well-oiled machine. I cannot recommend Dave and his team enough. We used Fairway Mortgage as our lender for purchasing our first home, and we had an amazing experience! Immediately we were impressed with Dave because not only was he available on short notice, but he came prepared with a ton of useful information. He took the time to walk us through a presentation via Zoom. During this presentation, he really explained the home buying process to us by breaking down all the information and answering our questions. We also liked that the staff was super friendly and extremely attentive! Our entire experience was positive. Additionally, Dave worked directly with us to help with issues we were having due to the pandemic (that included temporary unemployment). He even provided us with additional options when our home appraised lower than the sale value. At the end, we were able to lock in a great interest rate and we are super content with our monthly mortgage. Most importantly, Dave’s team made a great impression because they truly care for their clients. They put in a lot of work, and fortunately we were able to buy a home in three months! Once we’re ready to refinance, we’ll definitely be using Fairway again. We highly recommend Dave’s team!!

Dave and his team gave us the best experience. They explained each step of the financing process and were completely transparent. Their goal was to help us and feel completely comfortable with our home buying experience and they exceeded our expectations.
